Following the resignations of Erkan Kilimci and Hakan Kildokum, Fund Board Members in the Secondary Asset Finance Fund, Salim Can Karaşıklı and Dilan Pamir were appointed as replacements. Moreover, amendments to the Rules of Procedure were made upon the change of Founding Bank trade registry number, headquarter address and fund center and the amendments were registered on September 5, 2019, by the Istanbul Trade Registry Office and declared in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette No. 9906 on September 11, 2019.
